We are a non-profit association advocating for the interests of the owners of apartment buildings in Alberta, with all levels of government and other organizations or groups and to take any and all steps incidental to these objects.

To advocate on behalf of Alberta’s apartment building owners by representing their interests at all levels of government and with key stakeholders, promoting responsible housing policies, and fostering a sustainable and thriving rental housing sector.
What We Do
Advocate with all levels of government to ensure fair and balanced housing policies and regulations
Engage with stakeholders, including tenant organizations, industry partners, and community groups, to foster constructive dialogue and collaboration.
Support our members by providing resources, guidance, and updates on legislative and regulatory changes affecting the rental housing sector.
